AIM Structure Survey - Purpose

Modify settings and columns
As approved in the motion (Mtn04 AIM09- GBR) last year, a Taskforce has been put together to review the Structure of our AIM meetings, with the view of making them more cost effective.

As we are reviewing ‘the whole package’ when we state ‘AIM’ we are also including pre-AIM and the overlap that the meeting has with IJBC.

By structure we mean that preAIM is currently 2 days long, overlapping half of IJBC and followed by AIM which is currently 6 days in length.

It is important to say that we are trying to not focus on the content of individual sessions, though we are aware that in many ways they are inextricably linked. We looking at elements such as:
• Length
• Timing
• Location
• Size
• The relationship between preAim, Aim and other meetings which occur at that time.
